The  European Union  and  the U.S.  are  the major  target markets  of China’s  texti le  and
shoes  products. Amendment  of  law  or  regulation wi l l  urge  enterprises  to  improve  their

and Restriction of Chemicals  (REACH) and Consumer Product Safety  Improvement Act
